- Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided by Sfuturerich for the intended purposes as per the service agreement.
- Restrictions: Clients may not duplicate, distribute, or commercially exploit any proprietary materials without Sfuturerich’s written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Sfuturerich respects the confidentiality of its clients. We agree to protect any confidential information shared with us, including business details, project information, and other proprietary data. 8. Limitation of Liability
Sfuturerich is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination of Service
Sfuturerich reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service at its sole discretion if a Client violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to make payments as agreed. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puri, Odisha.

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sfuturerich and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to their use of our services or violation of these Terms.
